Facebook’s Global Employer Brand is seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to lead global diversity brand initiatives. In this role, you'll promote Facebook as a great place to work and authentically communicate our unique culture to diverse audiences. You'll be responsible for leading the development and activation of numerous brand programs and will work with stakeholders including Diversity & Inclusion, Consumer Marketing, Employment Brand, Recruiting Events, Communications, Recruiting, Referrals, and more.To be successful in this role, you'll have a passion for diversity, have the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently (at both a high level and a very detailed level), and enjoy a fast-moving organization. You’ll possess a creative eye and value the importance of protecting brand integrity while maintaining a logical outlook for project execution. You have a track record of building and executing beautiful and engaging marketing content. You thrive within cross-functional teams, excel at building and managing relationships with internal partners and stakeholders, and exhibit excellent organizational skills. Your passion for smart and creative ideas, along with your resourcefulness will be a great addition to the team.

Required Skills:

  1. Manage day-to-day planning and execution of brand and marketing efforts to support global diverse hiring initiatives

  2. Create diversity marketing programs and campaigns, from brief development to implementation

  3. Create engaging content to share through our channels, including website and blog features, photos, videos, mobile games and puzzles, print collateral, event properties, and communication templates

  4. Manage outreach and ad campaign strategy and execution

  5. Leverage opportunities to engage employees in employment branding efforts

  6. Manage brand activations with external recruiting and media partners

  7. Evaluate metrics, report on campaign results and determine ROI

  8. Predict obstacles and establish meetings or integration points between teams

  9. Prioritize competing needs with solid reasoning and creative solutions

  10. Coordinate resources across multiple initiatives and teams, including the ma­­nagement of a global diversity messaging calendar

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 6+ years relevant marketing experience

  2. 2+ years diversity brand experience

  3. Proven track record of delivering business value using technology solutions

  4. Demonstrated experience adapting, learning new skill sets, and gaining an understanding of operational challenges

  5. Organizational, time management, and communication skills

  6. Entrepreneurial, with a proven experience executing on multiple tasks simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree

  2. Integrated marketing and digital campaign experience with proven results of driving conversions and ROI, with focus on social media advertising

  3. Experience helping our global recruiting and hiring teams connect with diverse candidates in a meaningful way

  4. Strong experience integrating diversity hiring needs into creative marketing campaigns

  5. Experience to independently identify and act on global priorities and leverage opportunities

  6. Experience articulating concepts and solutions

  7. Exceptional relationship building skills in a highly cross-functional, global team environment
