Responsibilities

Job SummaryResponsible for the regular delivery, distribution, pick-up, loading, unloading, sorting, transferring and storage of medical equipment, furniture and other assets. Supports communication and coordination aligned with service excellence requirements.

Assists with other Logistics and Fleet Management functions as needed.

  • Operates all required vehicles in performance of delivery and pick - up of medical equipment and other assets. Develops and maintains regular delivery and pick - up routes. Performs regular inspections of vehicles and equipment, notifying supervisor whenever appropriate. Performs general cleaning and minor equipment/vehicle maintenance as required. Assists with the Preventative Maintenance of the Supply Chain equipment, trucks, including the forklifts and all pallet jacks.

  • Unloads, sorts, and stores equipment, supplies and materials properly as directed.

Organizes the racks, receives deliveries from vendors at the dock in Logistics

  • Provides support of shipping and receiving supply chain department.

Completes the required documentation for shipping and receiving.

Qualifications

EducationHigh School Diploma or GED RequiredLicenses and CertificationsDriver License Must have a clean driving record.

Must:

(1) be at least 21 years of age

(2) provide a current and valid Arizona driver's license

(3) provide a Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) from the Department of Motor Vehicles for a 3 year period that has been approved in advance by an insurance carrier Required
