Commercial Banking provides financial solutions to businesses with annual sales generally in excess of $5 million. Our business lines are Wells Fargo Commercial Capital, Middle Market Banking, and Treasury Management & Payment Solutions.

Wells Fargo Commercial Capital

o A market-leading provider of working capital, investment capital, trust services, and sales financing solutions that help customers optimize liquidity and grow their business through their lifecycle

Responsible for processing, monitoring and examining client collateral information on asset based loans. Includes all stages from the receipt and verification of sales journals, collateral reports and agings, to resolution of customer problems and questions. Duties may include: posting and reconciling sales and accounts receivable adjustments; reconciling cash reported to cash received; investigating and resolving customer inquiries; receiving, processing, and posting advance requests; reviewing accounts receivable aging information and collateral trending. Posting, reconciling and verifying collateral balances and other related duties as required and assigned; training new customers on reporting procedures. Handles the most complex/sensitive accounts. May participate on or coordinate projects and assist in the resolution of more complex and time sensitive activities. May provide training for other staff members.

There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of collateral analysis experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Customer service focus with experience actively listening, eliciting information, comprehending customer issues/needs, and recommending solutions

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of accounting

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

  • Good analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • High level of initiative and accountability

  • Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills

Other Desired Qualifications

Asset-based lending experience

Familiarity with LUCAS

Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

TX-DAL-North Dallas: Min: $46,800 Mid: $65,000

AZ-PHX-Central Phoenix: Min: $46,800 Mid: $65,000

MN-Minneapolis: Min: $46,800 Mid: $65,000
