WHEN: Wednesday, July 28th from 3pm-5pm

POSITIONS: Substance Abuse Clinician and Clinicians (Various programs hiring – Residential, Outpatient, and Autism)

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO:

1. RSVP to the Event

2. Follow Up: Ensure you have Microsoft Teams installed to attend the event

3. You will receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link via email the morning of the event

4. Have your resume out and be ready to video interview!

At Devereux, we have diverse programs in both Phoenix and Tucson led by Board approved supervisors with LCSW’s, LPC's and LBA’s. Whether your passion is in Outpatient counseling, Residential Treatment, Brief Intervention, or our ABA /Autism program, Devereux has career paths in all of those areas, PLUS you would be working in an integrative, supportive environment with other mental and behavioral health professionals.

Our Clinical supervisors have extensive experience and expertise in all levels of care. Our Board approved supervisors with LCSW’s, LPC’s, and LBA’s throughout the state can assist you in preparing for licensure.

  • Youth that have been sexually trafficked

  • LGBTQ+ youth, including gender variant youth pursuing Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)

  • Younger populations

  • Adolescents and Transition aged youth

  • Group and Family Therapy modalities

  • Youth that struggle with substance abuse

  • Youth with mood disorders and suicidal ideation

As a Clinician, you can apply for one of our specialized treatment tracks- such as DBT or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work or related field required

  • Current and valid associate or independent level license through the AZBBHE (LAC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LASAC, LISAC); OR ability to obtain within 6 months of hire

  • Clinical Internship and one (1) year of relevant experience working within the behavioral health field required

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred not required)

  • Proficient computer skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft office programs

  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Current unrestricted AZ Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card

  • Able to attend full time paid New Hire Orientation Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

  • Devereux requires all individuals interviewing for a position involving contact with children to complete The Diana Screen, a screening that assesses a candidate’s understanding of appropriate boundaries between adults and children
