You are the primary advocate and liaison for STC's public health partner projects in the vaccine preventable disease domain.The position includes management of state health partner contracts, presenting and participating in state immunization coalitions, state, federal and possibly international conferences, leading the use of immunization data and intelligence and working across the immunization ecosystem, most notably consumers, to support closing immunization care gaps and improving public health through lifetimes.You are responsible for driving profitable, long-term growth from accounts by developing strategic client relationships and partnering with delivery leadership to ensure client satisfaction. You will be expanding STC's footprint in our existing markets by working with current clients to ensure satisfaction and meet their business needs with new products and services.You will be a key team member in supporting intelligence solutions for a healthier future - for you, your family and for communities all around the world.About the Job? Develop client relationships and lead account strategy and planning while identifying opportunities of growth in the account to drive higher value/value-added services and solutions to the client? Facilitate the roll-out of innovative immunization system tools in support of public health practice by representing the public health requirements to STC product teams.? Ensures client satisfaction and drives outcomes? Manage projects and contracts for assigned clients while building new connections and contacts in new markets? Manage client expectations and communications flow as it relates to production and internal project teams; negotiate and resolve high-level client issues.? Work with the other team members to ensure a seamless approach to current and potential clients? Develops and strengthens relationships with decision-makers and influencers with the client including leadership.? Support monthly project accounting invoicing schedules, revenue recognition, general reporting on contract status and metrics? Facilitate on-time and on-budget delivery of contracted activities? Create proposals, explore new opportunities, attend conferences and events, speak publicly on behalf of the company, and track changes in the marketAbout YouYou have a passion for health and the application of technology to support business processes and health outcomes.You seek to continue to increase your knowledge of our customer's business and strategic goals.You are a connector.
