The Senior Analyst works under the direction of Cambridge Source leadership and functions as a resource to financial professionals in troubleshooting technology and sercurity issues.

  • Overall technology services implementation and delivery

o Lead the delivery and support of all Cambridge Source technology service offerings

o Implement and deliver the new cybersecurity service offering to achieve product success goals

o Support business sponsors and Product Manager in the design and enhancement of other Cambridge Source technology service offerings

o Consult with customers to recommend technology services, products and partners

o Achieve overall technology services goals, objectives and tactics as defined in the department’s X-matrix

o Assess customer satisfaction with Cambridge Source technology services to continuously improve quality

o Gather and share customer feedback about additional technology service opportunities

o Manage vendor partners who provide additional or subcontracted technology services

o Coordinate with other Cambridge teams who provide technology support services to ensure optimal customer service experience overall

  • Cybersecurity services implementation and delivery

o Coordinate and perform delivery of cybersecurity services to customers as specified in the cybersecurity service offering

o Provide or obtain additional cybersecurity billable services on a time and materials basis

o Administer systems and tools to manage users, devices and licenses

o Ensure appropriate cybersecurity policies are defined, correctly configured and properly managed for customers

o Monitor routine cybersecurity reports and alerts to identify incidents and deficiencies

o Train customers on the proper use of cybersecurity tools and reports

o Consult with customers to remediate cybersecurity deficiencies; provide or obtain remediation support as billable services

o Respond to customer support requests; manage support requests through to resolution, including escalation processes

o Respond to customer cybersecurity incidents; coordinate with Cambridge Info Security and other parties according to the Cybersecurity Incident Response Plan

o Consult with customers regarding cybersecurity standards, policies and best practices

o Be available to perform system administration tasks and on-call support during non-business hours

  • Propose strategic initiatives to leadership team regarding company and departmental policies and procedures in order to improve service standards for internal and external customers

  • Assist in budgetary process, maintain accurate records and document actions for areas managed

  • Experience with concierge-style customer service in a technical environment

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in IT Security or Computer Science required; or 6 years of related technology support experience.

Security+, CCNA, CCSP, or CISSP

Experience required in some or all of the following:

  • This position requires strong technical skills, customer service skills, excellent communications and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in a Level 2+ service role engaging with customers, multiple internal teams and external vendors

  • Experience administering Microsoft Windows, Office 365 and Azure Active Directory, including Azure AD MFA and Conditional Access

Experience in the following is highly desirable:

  • Experience with end-point security tools, firewalls, Windows and mobile device encryption,

  • Knowledge of network and server hardware infrastructures and network technologies
