Mercury Systems Aerospace Quality Engineer in Phoenix, Arizona

In this role:

Play a key role in assuring the performance and timeliness of delivered products meet customer expectations.

You are responsible for:

  • Measuring and analyzing performance.

  • Presenting analysis and building consensus on path forward.

  • Initiating action that will increase yields, improve on time delivery, and reduce process waste.

  • Interfacing directly with customer representatives.

  • Learning and complying with the applicable industry and company practices.

You are a part of:

A highly engaged organization that is integrated into the manufacturing and design processes. You will engage in processes from the proposal phase through product delivery and customer feedback.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field, preferably Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Software Engineering.

  • Ability to lead ad hoc multi-discipline problem solving teams.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Organization skills that will enable oversight of multiple simultaneous projects.

Purpose: This position is for an entry-level professional individual contributor on a project or work team in the Quality Engineering sub-family, who works under close supervision.
