ADA Specialist - Phoenix Remote

My team is hiring for several Remote ADA Specialists for a large financial insitution we support here in Phoenix. They will primarily be responsible for handling request accommodations and negotiating these requests with internal employees and managers. Example: Someone goes to doctor and is told they can’t return to office for 4 days, but they tell the company they can’t come back for 8; they would handle this request and work on a solution with employee and manager that best suits everyone. Very involved with employee relations and compliance. They need to wear a consultant hat and steer these fragile conversations the right way. Need to have a very solid understanding of the philosophy of accommodations and ADA compliance issues.
