2nd Shift Call Center Representative

Our client, a large bank, is currently hiring Fraud Analyst. this role pays $20.00 an hour and starts out as work from home (Must be local to the Phoenix office as this role will eventually be onsite)

Schedules:

Training will be M-F 10a-6:30p, OJT will be M-F 2p-10:30p

Tuesday - Saturday, 3:30p-12:00am

Monday - Thursday, Sunday, 3:30p-12:00am

Responsibilities:

The Fraud Analyst reviews customer accounts for the prevention and detection of possible Fraud. Responsible for more involved research and analysis of account activity to assess levels of risk and fraud type. The incumbent will complete inbound and outbound calls and take appropriate action based on transaction characteristics of greater complexity. The incumbent may perform back office functions related to research and resolution of fraudulent activity and service support. Assesses the level of risk and makes decisions which directly impact the customer experience and risk. Reviews and analyzes accounts and customer situations that may require differentiated treatment or specialized resolution. Experience is gained through training, following established procedures and guidelines and research utilizing multiple systems and tools. Typically reports to Fraud Detection/Prevention Supervisor.

Experience:

Entry Level

Qualifications:

High School Diploma

1-3 years in call center environment

Fraud/Claims Experience preferred, but not required

Desired skills:

2+ years of experience in the banking/financial industry.

3+ years of experience working in a client service capacity.
