large GPS manufacturer that measures diagnostics on fleet trucking and vehicles. The devices track the location of the vehicle on command, provide location history and set perimeters on where a vehicle is at. These openings are under the fleet vertical- dealing with small/medium sized business and their vehicles.
Representative will assist customers with the transitioning from “Motion GPS” to “Gold Star Connect”
• Preform basic trouble shooting
• Assist Customers with resetting pin numbers
• Verify and update account information
o Phone Number
o Mailing Address
• Send correspondence to customers informing them of the change in service
Not a high volume call center role. More dealing and following up with cases. Also 5-10 email cases daily.
