Front Desk Receptionist/Administrative Assistant - Peoria, AZ

Kelly® is seeking a highly motivated team player to work as a front desk receptionist and administrative assistant for a tax accounting firm in Peoria, AZ.

Job Duties and Details

  • Administrative support across all disciplines in the office: wills/trusts, taxes and securities

  • Will cover front desk greeting clients and answering phones - first point of contact

  • Heavy interaction and collaboration with team

  • High level computer proficiency - heavy computer work

  • Scanning, prepping and organizing files

  • Organizing and documenting financial paperwork

  • Must be able to work well under pressure with tight deadlines

  • Must be a team-player and customer service driven

  • Professional and Conservative dress code strictly enforced

  • Scent-free environment
