A client in the Information Technology industry is looking for a Service Desk Technician to add to their growing team. This individual will be responding to IT support issues that come in through a ticketing system from their internal employees. The issues will be relating to Windows, O365, Active Directory, VPNs, etc. The position will be a hybrid remote/ in office model with 2 days spent working at the Mesa office.
Required Skills & Experience
1-3+ years of experience in Information Technology support
Experience supporting, administering and troubleshooting the O365 suite
Experience with Active Directory (Group policy, provisioning users, etc.)
Experience troubleshooting VPN’s
Excellent communication skills
Ability to learn and pick up new skills quickly
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field
What You Will Be Doing
100% IT Support Tickets
Competitive Pay: up to $25/an hour, DOE
Contract: 6 months to conversion
Conversion Salary: $45,000- $50,000 base
