Aerotek Medical Biller And Coder in Mesa, Arizona

Description:

• Charge Validation. • Billing - initial, resubmissions, corrected, voids, rejections, late charges, unbilled reports. • Posting - auto and manual, adjustments, write-offs, denials, refund requests. • Batching. • Assist in preparing month-end close. • Claim resubmission projects. • Perform other duties as necessary.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience medical billing and posting, preferred. • Medical and behavioral health experience preferred. • Experience with NextGen/Topaz EHR software a plus. • Experience with billing through Clearinghouses and running reports. • Experience with all technical aspects of electronic billing. • Exhibits understanding of CPT, HCPCS and ICD-10 codes. • Thorough working knowledge of billing guidelines, requirements and regulations for all insurance companies, AHCCCS, Medicare, etc. • Able to work under minimal supervision. • Able to type at least 40 WPM.
