Overview

Responsibilities

Acts as a resource for the Patient Access Department and patient access supervisor. Assist with hiring. Responsible for training new staff, auditing charts, and process/policy implementation. Assist Facility Administrator at their request.

Qualifications

MINIMUM:

One (1) year of recent medical office, hospital registration, or banking experience

Advanced Computer skills, 2 years of customer service experience, ability to multi-task

American Heart Association BLS

PREFERRED:

Medical terminology, insurance verification, Collections, Schedule maintenance

One (1) year of management, supervisor, or lead experience.
