Aerotek Customer Care Representative in Mesa, Arizona
Inbound calls from current mortgage customers receiving letters in the mail regarding their insurance policy expiring in the future, 80-100 calls/day. No outbound calls
Start Date: 4/23 pick up equipment from office. 4/26 begin virtual training.
Schedule: Hours of Operation are Monday-Friday, 5am-7pm–
MUST be available for all shifts. Overtime flexible as well!
Qualifications Needed :
Customer Service Experience (call center experience not required but must have confidence in learning quickly in a fast moving environment)
Ability to Multitask & time manage in fast-paced work environment
Time Management Skills
Empathetic, friendly/upbeat tone
STRONG Computer knowledge/Typing skills
Communication skills (verbal and written)
Looking for long term opportunity
Will be evaluated for conversion after 3 months. Once permanent employees will be eligible for the following:
