Ideal candidates will have the skills and experience necessary to:
Provide a variety of administrative, operational and customer service assistance for the assigned real estate department.
Provide support to loan officers in their assigned real estate departments and a variety of loan services to new and existing customers.
Always provide excellent customer service.
Help facilitate loan processes from initiation through closing.
Ensure adherence to compliance regulations, security, bank policies, procedures and goals.
Assist with deposit services when needed.
Prepare loan package and coordinates submission.
Monitor maturing loan reports; prepares documents for renewal and ensures documents are current, requests information, tracks compliance and analyzes data. Ensures accurate documentation and receipt of fees.
Coordinate customer service process to ensure timely resolution of issues. Provides research as needed.
Review specific GL accounts to monitor and identify issues/problems. Facilitates the production of various reports as needed.
Act as department liaison as necessary.
Responsible for training and mentoring others. Maintain loan training manual.
Other duties as assigned.
A college degree preferred with 2+ years mortgage lending support and procedures experience, loan processing, or other directly related experience preferred.
Working knowledge of mortgage lending processes, loan principles, loan systems.
Knowledge of banking process helpful.
Must have good organizational and customer service skills.
Must possess numeric and verbal aptitudes.
Good written and verbal communications skills.
Ability to complete processes and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of common office software systems and applications
