About the position:
This position will be assigned to the Luke AFB Recreational Area, Fort Tuthill, Flagstaff, AZ.
Responsible for work force management, recruitment and staff training. Preparation of budgets, maintenance of payroll records and reports.
Distributes and balances workload among employees, Observes working progress, production and adherence to quality and safety standards. Provides input on performance progress and disciplinary problems. Ensures that only authorized patrons use government sponsored quarters. Calculates and posts charges to patrons accounts. Process night audit procedures. Use MS Office software to produce a variety of documents, correspondence, reports and other materials. Performs Records custodian function for the work center. Assists in entering invoices into the NAF Resale Inventory System. General office duties. Qualifying Experience:
Meet state and legal age requirement for sale of alcoholic beverages. General clerical or cashier work. Demonstrated the ability to solve common arithmetic problems.

FOREIGN EDUCATION: Education completed in foreign colleges or universities may be used to meet the requirements.
