Are you a creative, organized, and motivated marketing proposal specialist looking for a position with a supportive marketing team? Then you might be exactly who we are looking for! Logan Simpson is a multidisciplinary environmental, design, and planning firm looking to add the right staff member to our Team. This position can be located in our downtown Tempe, Flagstaff, or Tucson, Arizona; Salt Lake City, Utah; or Fort Collins, Colorado offices.

The ideal candidate will be able to manage the entire proposal process, including but not limited to: reading and analyzing an RFP; conducting strategy and teaming meetings; outlining and coordinating proposal materials; providing proposal/technical editing; conducting compliance and quality review; and developing eye-catching layouts. Marketing ranges from proposals to award submissions to social media that clearly communicates ideas through compelling text and visuals. Self-starters with an eye for detail, a dedication to accuracy, and a passion for creating marketing materials, are encouraged to apply.

Position Requires:

+ Five+ years of proven proposal coordination and preparation experience.

+ Degree or experience in a related field (Business, Marketing, Communications, and/or Graphic Design).

+ Possess proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially InDesign (Photoshop, Illustrator a plus), and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

+ Exceptional persuasive verbal and written communication skills.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adjust to daily changes in priorities to meet deadlines.

+ Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.

+ Desire to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

+ Experience with planning, design, or environmental consulting a plus.

+ Photography, video editing, and graphic design skills a plus.

+ Deltek (Vision) or other CRM experience highly desired.

+ Development of social media content.

+ Participates in the planning and implementation of tradeshows and special events.

Logan Simpson offers staff members a competitive salary, with a starting pay range of $50,000.00 to $72,000.00 per year, dependent upon experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
