This is an exciting opportunity to help lead Wells Fargo's Human Resources transformation to deliver a new experience to our team through process and technology. We are seeking a strategic leader who will have the responsibility over the Total Rewards product areas and will help mature the product model within HR. By working with their product teams, they will develop and communicate an overarching vision of a group of products to be fulfilled by their agile teams. This leader will work with both internal and external stakeholders to create customer-centric product roadmaps that encompass both run-state and future facing technology solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Overall Total Rewards product management and accountability for change delivery solutions for new HR capabilities (Workday).
Accountable to manage product vision and roadmap across Total Rewards product grouping for both run-state and Workday implementation.
Lead product owners to ensure they define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for their scrum teams.
Works with leaders and key stakeholders to drive success against stated objectives, ensuring the team is building the right solutions for our end users – WF employees.
Ensures that processes/routines are maintained so that the product predictably delivers value, while working with their product owners to adjust planning in situations that may include financial, control, or process roadblocks. Inspects pre-release progress, recommends changes, and ensures timelines are met.
Management of team to ensure cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed by all constituents. Works with product owners to develop/monitor key performance indicators, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensures all regulatory and policy compliance.

Lead your team with integrity and create an environment where your employees feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them.
Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented employees, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing employees, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks.
8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning
4+ years of management experience
Ability to motivate groups and to quickly gain the trust/confidence of executive leaders
Other Desired Qualifications
4+ years of experience leading the development and execution of product roadmaps
Experience with Compensation and/or Benefits functional areas
Senior-level leadership experience: managing an organization consisting of cross-functional teams to both plan, execute and implement a variety of programs, services and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity and risk (e.g. enterprise-wide)
Management of teams through transformational change, including transition plans, risk mitigation, and escalation/issue management
Relationship management: building strong business relationships with all levels across a large organization
Strategic planning experience that includes development of roadmaps that align to corporate strategies
Development and implementation of metrics and reporting
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
