Job Description

This engineering intern will be the focal Point for all direct clients requiring technical support (device selection, Bill-of- Material reviews, project reviews, etc). They will also provide virtual technical support requests for clients purchasing through our e-commerce site, microchipDIRECT.com. Additionally, they will handle virtual client requested technical calls via our online scheduling tool, help process all "New to Microchip" sales leads and microchipDIRECT routed leads/cases requiring technical assistance with an end goal of growing Microchip's business.

Job Requirements

Pursuing a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering (Junior or Senior level preferred)

Some experience in electronics and embedded design

Strong verbal and written communication skills
