The Cloud IAM Azure Engineer will be involved the planning, design and build of enterprise-level identity and access management (IAM) capabilities within Enter. This role will be responsible for the definition and deployment of IAM capabilities and processes with a focus on cloud-based identity and access management services, including cloud capabilities such as federated services and privileged access management.
Design, engineer, and coordinate execution of IAM projects on Azure Public Cloud. Interface with other IT and Enterprise -Security Risk Management teams to ensure the creation of integrated processes to implement and track relevant IAM controls.
Work with the various stakeholders including Enterprise Technology, Enterprise Security Risk Management, and LOB partners to manage IAM components of cloud projects including getting requirements, defining solution options, and validation and approval of key decisions and exceptions.
Develop, document, and implement IAM solutions and standardized design patterns across Application, Platform and Infrastructure layers.
Design and engineer IAM components to integrate new SaaS services into our Cloud environment.
Develop/Optimize administration of cloud-native identity and access management services in Azure Active Directory
Lead development and lifecycle of cloud-based Privileged Identity Management solutions in Azure AD
Develop/Optimize service accounts for cloud workloads, such as those deployed through automated pipelines
Partner on enterprise-wide initiatives such as IT Service Management integrations to transform operational processes
Support operations of cloud-native IAM capabilities
Develop/Optimize CSP specific role entitlement transformation (Azure AD)
Develop/Optimize cloud IAM ABAC/RBAC entitlement management processes
7+ years of information security applications and systems experience
6+ years of information technology applications and systems experience
5 + years of cloud computing experience
5+ years of experience with MS Azure cloud computing technology
3+ years of IAM (Identity and Access Management) experience
Ability to assess issues, make quick decisions, implement solutions, and influence change
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong customer relationship management skills
Other Desired Qualifications
Deep technical knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Azure including the O365 Suite, MS Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, etc.
Extensive experience implementing Identity and Access Management controls for Azure for financial institutions.
Good working knowledge of core Azure technologies including ADFS, Azure AD, Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC models and Access Policies for major Azure Services.
Working knowledge of supporting Azure technologies like Azure Policy & Blueprints, Graph API, Azure Resource Management, Azure AD Health, Azure Security Center, etc.
Experience with Powershell, .Net and Python.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
