  • Manage and organize all initiatives associated with the ongoing development of sales led initiatives.

  • Must be able to develop followership with Sales Managers and Representatives. This is a Director level position overseeing large groups of sellers, with the potential for increased professional and leadership growth opportunity supporting a very fast growing business unit within PayPal.

  • Manage weekly, monthly, and yearly sales targets and the strategies that lead to continued achievement of business unit goals

  • Thinks of themselves as a business owner and constantly challenges the status quo to redefine what is possible – making continuous improvement

  • Responsible for sales business rules, practices and policies

  • Able to effectively work cross functionally in a matrix environment to get things done.


  • 10-12 years of progressive work experience minimum

  • 8+ Years of sales leadership experience -inside sales preferred

  • Desirable to also have consultative value based selling experiences.

  • Experience with managing a large team of sellers and driving performance.

  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional roles, fostering a high performing sales culture across the organization.

  • Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans at the organizational level, including key milestones, enrolling key leaders in that process.

  • Strong personal drive, a self-starter who can take guidance and run with the agenda. Well organized with ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives concurrently and deliver quality in a timely manner.

  • Has a track record of being an inspiring leader with an inclusive approach who has built followership at all levels across an organization including their peer group and direct report teams

  • Must have the desire and demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity.
