  • Manage full life cycle recruitment for a high volume call center and up to 10 regional field offices with a total req load of 10-15 at any time

  • Requests may come from both managers and HR

  • Consult with business leaders and HR around topics such as recruitment updates, market challenges, sourcing channels, candidate recommendations and offer process

  • Manage all local recruitment efforts such as career fairs, community partnerships and college/university relations

  • Manage headcount (open position reporting) as well as short and long term staffing plans

  • Facilitate all recruitment communication and meetings with business leaders

  • Partner with local HR team to ensure partnership and understanding of site policies, procedures and updates

  • Participate in recruiting meetings with business, status update meetings, debrief sessions, etc. (at least once a week)

  • Must be comfortable providing status updates in front of managers (up to 25 at a time)

Must Have Requirements:

  • 2+ years of recruiting in either a corporate or agency setting (agency preferred)

  • Experience working in a corporate, fast-paced company (used to heavy volume)

  • MS Office proficiency

  • Exceptional communication skills with an ability to build rapport and influence outcomes

  • Ability to work comfortably and professionally with different levels of management

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

  • Sole recruiter for AZ location, so a lot of responsibilities

  • Need to own that and “run the show”

  • A lot of reliance on this person, so needs to be very confident, not shy, feels comfortable with amount of responsibilities and fast-paced environment

  • A lot of changes in the field, so need someone who is really good at embracing change

  • In constant sourcing mode for large classes, so someone that can strategize well

  • Needs to understand population in AZ location

  • Someone that can push back – gently and with respect

Preferred/ Nice-to-haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Agency recruiting experience

  • Experience working with Taleo and Workday

  • LinkedIn recruiting experience
