Payroll Analyst role is responsible for the support and execution of Payroll processing for U.S. along with driving process improvements and supporting regulatory compliance.
What you'll get to do...
Process U.S. Payroll on Workday
Handle data entry, analysis of payroll results and reconciliations
Coordinate Wage Garnishment processing with outsourced vendor
Respond to employee inquiries using ServiceNow
Support the creation and maintenance of process documentation
Maintain payroll evidence in support of internal and external audit reviews and regulatory reporting
Escalate payroll issues when additional support or knowledge is needed
Participate in projects and enhancement testing as requested
Your experience should include...
Minimum of 2 years of Workday payroll processing experience, including EIBs
Must possess payroll state regulatory knowledge
Demonstrates strong communication skills - both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and be collaborative in a team environment
Works well under competing priorities
Advanced experience in Excel and working knowledge of SharePoint
Payroll experience in Canadian and LATAM countries desirable, but not required
